DESCRIPTION
Tender chicken thighs gently simmered in a light, creamy sauce paired with complimentary vegetables. A classic, homestyle dish that’s rich yet comforting.

INGREDIENTS
Chicken, sauce (onions, carrots, celery, fennel, garlic, parsley, thyme, bay leaf, canola oil, white wine, cream, butter, star anis, cayenne, coriander, paprika, flour)
Vegetables (baby carrots, spring onion, garden peas)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven
Remove plastic film & move to oven safe dish tray. Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) & heat for 30-40 minutes, depending on portion size. Check that it’s hot all the way through (steaming and very warm in the centre). Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes. Ready to serve

Stovetop
Empty Chicken and sauce, alongside a little water in a saucepan. Cover and place on low heat. Warm gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check that it’s hot all the way through (steaming and very warm in the centre). Remove for Saucepan, check sauce (cooking liquid) is similar consistency of cream. If not, place in saucepan back on stove and reduce to desired concentration. Ready to serve

Microwave (quick method)
Heat on medium for 3 minutes without removing plastic film. Remove and let rest for 2 minutes. Carefully remove plastic film. Ready to serve

STORAGE
Keep refrigerated after thawing (5°C) below until ready for use.
Once opened consume within one day.

FREEZING
Keep in freezer (-18°C) until ready to use. Consumable within 6 months. If defrosted, do not refreeze.

Product comes frozen & requires thawing.
