WEIGHT | 310g  (Serves 1-2) & Large 1000g (Serves 4-6)

DESCRIPTION
Slow cooked beef braised until tender in a rich, savoury sauce. Deeply flavourful and perfect for a satisfying meal.

INGREDIENTS
Meat Sauce (beef brisket, onion, carrot, celery, fennel, leek, garlic, beef stock, red wine, tomato paste, tomatoes, herbs, wheat flour, sea salt, pepper)
Garnish (onions, button mushrooms, lardons (twice smoked pork belly) salt, pepper)
Potato Top (potatoes, butter, parmesan, salt, black pepper)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Oven (for foil trays)
Remove plastic film. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F) & heat for 30 minutes, depending on portion size. Check that it’s hot all the way through (steaming and very warm in the centre). Remove from the oven and rest for 5 minutes. Ready to serve.

STORAGE
Keep refrigerated (5°C) below until ready for use.
Once opened consume within one day. 

FREEZING
Keep in freezer (-18°C) until ready to use. Consumable within 6 months. If defrosted, do not refreeze.

Product comes frozen & requires thawing.
